This policy explains how ALTRcare ships medication and what to expect after your doctor has prescribed your treatment.

1. When we ship

Medication is dispatched only after a registered medical practitioner has reviewed your consultation and issued a valid prescription. We do not ship medication without a prescription.

2. Delivery timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date your prescription is issued and payment is confirmed. Timelines may vary based on your location and courier conditions. We will share tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Where we deliver

We deliver across India through our fulfilment partner. Some pin codes may be subject to courier serviceability. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you and issue a full refund for any undelivered medication.

4. Cold-chain handling

Certain medications, including GLP-1 therapies, require temperature-controlled storage. We ship these in appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain product integrity in transit. On receipt, please follow the storage instructions provided with your medication.

5. Damaged or temperature-compromised deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or temperature-compromised, do not use the medication. Contact us immediately (WhatsApp or email — see our Contact page) with your order details and a photo where possible. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

6. Failed or delayed delivery

If a delivery attempt fails or your order is delayed beyond the expected window, our care team will help reschedule or resolve it. Because uninterrupted medication supply matters for your treatment, please contact us as soon as you notice a delay so we can act quickly.

7. Incorrect address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, though we will always try to help resolve such cases.
