Who we are
ALTRcare is a doctor-led weight management service for adults in India. It is a sole proprietorship operated by Vishesh Gupta, with its registered office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh (address above). Consultations take place on video with the registered doctors listed here. ALTRcare does not run a walk-in clinic.
Prescription medicines are dispensed only against the treating doctor’s prescription, by a licensed pharmacy, with an invoice in the patient’s name. Medicines are never sold directly through this website.
