Is the consultation really free?+
Yes. There is no fee to book and nothing to pay on the call. You pay only if the doctor recommends a plan and you decide to start it.
Do I have to buy anything after the consultation?+
No. There is no obligation and no sales team. If you say no or not now, nobody follows up unless you message us.
Can I ask about Mounjaro specifically?+
Yes. The doctor can prescribe tirzepatide, dispensed as Mounjaro or Yurpeak (the same Eli Lilly medicine), if it suits you. ALTRcare's 3-month tirzepatide plan is ₹34,999 and covers the 2.5, 5 and 7.5 mg doses.
Is an online prescription for GLP-1 medication legal in India?+
Yes. India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) allow a registered doctor to consult by video and prescribe. The medicine is dispensed through a licensed pharmacy partner.
Do I need blood tests before the consultation?+
No. Share recent reports if you have them. The doctor will tell you on the call whether any test is needed before you start.
